This verbal consultation takes 2 hours minimum, depending on property size and the amount of rooms you wish to focus on. To create transparency, the amount of time will be agreed between us before I arrive; there are no hidden costs!

Maybe you want a real treat - leave me to it, and enjoy a television-style "Reveal" at the end.
Everyone loves to see 'before' and 'after' photographs, which I will supply with no extra cost.
DECLUTTER

Declutter or optimise your storage, items you often use will be easily accessible - no more wasted time searching for elusive belongings!
I can travel to your property if it is within a 20 mile radius of Saltburn by the Sea for the prices above. We can negotiate travel costs if your property is further afield.
